Charlotte NC Golf Instructor Guide is an independent directory that scores golf instruction businesses in the Charlotte area. We build listings from publicly available business information and analyze Google reviews through a single, published rubric applied uniformly to every instructor. A listing here is free, and your score and ranking cannot be changed by payment. Correcting factual details

We fix factual fields (business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services offered) when you tell us the correct information and provide proof we can verify against, such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place even after we refresh our data in future months.

Disputing a score

We compute scores by applying the same rubric to every instructor's Google reviews, so we never hand-edit a score. A dispute is a claim that something is factually wrong with your listing: the profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were linked to you incorrectly, or a summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a fact check.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, when two listings duplicate the same business, or when an instruction service falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-check cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. We decline removal requests for accurate, in-scope listings, and we tell you plainly why.

How long things take

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are carried out within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a clear explanation of why.
