Welcome to CLTGolf.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CLTGolf.com website, directory, forms, content, and related services.
By accessing or using CLTGolf.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
1. About CLTGolf.com
CLTGolf.com is an online directory and lead-generation service that helps users locate golf instructors, golf coaches, golf academies, training facilities, and other golf-related service providers in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and surrounding communities.
CLTGolf.com is not a golf school, golf academy, certification organization, or governing body. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CLTGolf.com does not directly provide golf lessons or instruction.
2. Directory and Referral Service
CLTGolf.com may display profiles, contact information, service descriptions, ratings, reviews, photographs, pricing information, availability, and other information relating to golf instructors and service providers.
Directory information may be obtained from providers, publicly available sources, third-party platforms, or other sources believed to be reliable. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, accurate, licensed, certified, insured, available, or suitable for a particular user.
The inclusion of a provider in the directory does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by CLTGolf.com.
3. Lead Collection and Sharing
When you submit a request through CLTGolf.com, you authorize us to collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- General location;
- Golf experience or skill level;
- Type of instruction requested;
- Preferred lesson dates or times;
- Budget or pricing preferences; and
- Other information included in your request.
You understand and agree that CLTGolf.com may share, transfer, license, sell, or otherwise provide your request and contact information to one or more local golf instructors, golf academies, training facilities, marketing partners, or other service providers that may be able to assist you.
Providers receiving your information may contact you directly by telephone, email, or text message regarding your request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, accept you as a student, be available at your requested time, or provide services at a particular price.
Additional information about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
4. Communications Consent
When you provide your contact information, you consent to being contacted regarding the golf instruction or related services you requested.
Where separately disclosed near the applicable form, you may also consent to receive calls or text messages made using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply.
You may ask a provider to stop sending text messages by replying “STOP.” You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
CLTGolf.com is not responsible for communications independently made by a provider after your information has been shared. However, you may contact us if you believe a provider obtained your information through CLTGolf.com and is contacting you improperly.
5. No Instructor-Student Relationship
Using CLTGolf.com or submitting a request does not create an instructor-student, agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and CLTGolf.com.
Any agreement for golf lessons or related services is made directly between you and the selected provider. CLTGolf.com is not a party to that agreement unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
6. Independent Service Providers
Golf instructors and other businesses appearing on CLTGolf.com are generally independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or franchisees of CLTGolf.com.
Each provider is solely responsible for:
- Determining lesson availability and pricing;
- Describing their qualifications and experience accurately;
- Maintaining any required licenses, certifications, insurance, or permits;
- Providing instruction safely and professionally;
- Collecting payment from customers;
- Establishing cancellation and refund policies; and
- Complying with applicable laws, facility rules, and professional standards.
CLTGolf.com does not control how independent providers perform their services.
7. Choosing an Instructor
You are responsible for evaluating any instructor or provider before purchasing services. You should independently confirm information that is important to your decision, including the provider’s identity, experience, certifications, teaching background, insurance, pricing, availability, facility access, cancellation policy, and suitability for adults or minors.
CLTGolf.com does not guarantee that instruction will improve your golf score, swing, handicap, physical condition, tournament performance, or other results.
8. Golf and Physical-Activity Risks
Golf instruction and physical training may involve physical activity and the use of golf clubs, balls, training equipment, driving ranges, simulators, courses, or fitness equipment.
You understand that these activities may involve risks, including strains, falls, impact injuries, property damage, or other injuries. You are responsible for determining whether you or a participating minor are physically able to participate.
CLTGolf.com does not provide medical advice. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if you have concerns about your health or physical ability.
9. Services Involving Minors
A parent or legal guardian must submit requests and enter into agreements for golf instruction provided to a minor.
Parents and guardians are responsible for evaluating the instructor, supervising the relationship when appropriate, confirming applicable safeguarding practices, and deciding whether a provider is suitable for the minor.
CLTGolf.com does not perform criminal background checks or child-safety screenings unless expressly stated on the applicable listing.
10. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CLTGolf.com does not set provider pricing, collect lesson payments, issue refunds, or control provider cancellation policies.
Questions or disputes concerning lesson fees, packages, deposits, refunds, scheduling, cancellations, or service quality must generally be resolved directly with the provider.
Providers that purchase advertising, listings, or lead-generation services from CLTGolf.com may be subject to separate provider or advertising agreements.
11. Reviews and User Content
CLTGolf.com may allow users or providers to submit reviews, photographs, descriptions, comments, or other content.

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion but are not obligated to monitor every submission.
12. Provider Listings
Providers are responsible for ensuring that listing information submitted or claimed by them is accurate and not misleading.
CLTGolf.com may edit, reject, suspend, remove, or refuse to publish a listing for any lawful reason, including inaccurate information, suspected fraud, inappropriate content, repeated complaints, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
